This Privacy Policy explains how EVOLIO.AI SOFTWARE SRL (“Evolio”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data when you visit evolio.ai or request a demo. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data through this website.

- our CRM / form provider (e.g. HubSpot) used to manage demo requests;
- privacy-friendly website analytics.
These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep demo-request and contact data only as long as necessary to handle your request and our ongoing relationship, and thereafter as required by law. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or short-lived form.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).
