This Cookie Policy explains how EVOLIO.AI SOFTWARE SRL (“Evolio”) uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, on evolio.ai. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Local storage works in a similar way. They help websites function, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used.
2. What we use without asking

Basic site measurement (legitimate interest). Our own first-party analytics counts visits, pages viewed and the campaign or website that brought you here, so we can understand which pages and campaigns work. It runs on our site from the first page view, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It does not show you advertising.

3. What we use only with your consent
- Statistics. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you accept statistics cookies. Without that consent, Google Analytics receives basic measurements without cookies.
- Marketing. The ChatGPT ads measurement tag (OpenAI) loads only if you accept marketing cookies. It tells us when a visit from a ChatGPT ad leads to a request on our site.
Google Ads measurement on our site runs without advertising cookies.
4. Your consent and choices
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or reject statistics and marketing cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Strictly necessary items are needed for the site to work properly.
