Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The evolio.ai website and the Evolio service are operated by EVOLIO.AI SOFTWARE S.R.L., CUI 52632662, J2025075815009, Str. Lt. Victor Manu nr. 44, parter, bl. G1, sc. B, ap. 1, Sector 2, București, România. Contact: info@evolio.ai.

2. The service

Evolio reads orders a business customer (“Customer”) receives through WhatsApp, email and documents, and prepares structured orders for the Customer’s systems. Price, duration and users are set in a separate agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

3. Accounts

The Customer is responsible for the users it invites and for everything done through its accounts.

4. WhatsApp

The Customer connects its own WhatsApp Business numbers through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, must follow Meta’s WhatsApp terms, and can disconnect at any time. Any Meta messaging fees are the Customer’s. Evolio does not send messages on the Customer’s behalf.

5. Customer data

The Customer owns its data. Evolio processes it only to provide the service, as data processor, under our Privacy Policy. The Customer confirms it has a lawful basis for the data it connects.

6. AI results

Orders are prepared with AI and can contain mistakes. The Customer reviews and is responsible for the orders it confirms.

7. Acceptable use

No spam, illegal content, breaking Meta’s policies, or attempts to access other customers’ data or disrupt the service.

8. Availability and changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We will email Customers about material changes to these terms.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Evolio is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and its total liability is limited to what the Customer paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

As set in the Customer’s agreement. After termination we delete Customer data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Law

Romanian law; courts in Bucharest.
